Having a new baby transforms our lives in many ways. The journey through motherhood is so personal, so exhausting and, often, so creative. There is something about being a mother that inspires us to look at the world in a new way. For some of us moms it’s finding the hidden artist, chef, crafter, business woman, etc.  I’d like to gather stories from mothers, all ages from all over, which share the creative expression of their own motherhood or that of a woman they admire. Women naturally support each other  throughout pregnancy, breastfeeding, and all the other joys and hurdles related to childrearing. In our world of technology, we have an opportunity to reach out across the internet and encourage one another to find and celebrate the uniquely creative way each of us is called to mother.
