How can I keep my kids healthy now that they are back in school?

My3 big kids are back in school, so I'm thinking about keeping themhealthy. I pack them healthy lunches and snacks. I know their school talks to them about using tissues, coughing into the elbow and hand washing, but I dread the Fall/Winter sick season. Some years we skate through it; some years we don't. I give my kids vitamins and immune boosters. Last year, because I was pregnant  and had experienced walking pneumonia with my 4th pregnancy, I buckled and got the kids and my husband the flu vaccine in an effort to keep us all healthy. Three of the kids got the flu. Especially with a breastfeeding baby around this year, I want to stay healthy myself and keep the family as free from illness as possible. We've instituted an effective keep your own cup (color coded) policy, but I know that bathroom sharing is a huge culprit too. Has anyone ever used pre-pasted, disposable kids toothbrushes to keep the germs away? Or a toothbrush sanitizer? Any other suggestions?~Amy "Breastfeeding is Best!"
