How can I keep it together when the kids are driving me crazy?

Some days it's hard not to loose it(picture from parentsmagazine online)
Yesterday was this type of day for me. Lots to do and little time to do it plus oppressive August Arizona heat was enough for me. I love my family and count my blessings everyday, but I do loose it sometimes. It seemed everyone was off yesterday. Philip forgot his waterbottle for his lunch and was upset his teacher made him drink milk. Tommy didn't want to cooperate with homework time. Jillian was cranky. Maeve wanted to sip and see all day, but didn't want to nurse for more than a few minutes. My husband and Annie was actually sane now that I think about it. Anyhow. I came upon this article and found it helpful. Thought I would pass it on. I'm going to make today a great-no-yelling day!
