Which foods effect your breastmilk?

Found a breastmilk/food, meds, herb interaction chart that gives some good info on how certain things do and don't effect breastmilk. What do you avoid eating/taking while breastfeeding?

The article says the chili I ate last night shouldn't upset Maeve's tummy, but she was up all night with a bad belly. I think I'll avoid the chili. You nurse to give your baby the best, let Modest Middles help you look great doing it!~Amy
