Do you sleep better pregnant or as the mom of a newborn?

Now pregnant with my 6th child, I can honestly say I think pregnancy (from about 6 months on) is actually a boot camp for the sleepless nights with a newborn baby. I can't tell you how liberated I feel after I have the baby and can lay on my stomach and enjoy my few hour stints of real sleep! Also, while pregnant, I have the craziest dreams. My husband laughs and helps me realize that I didn't accidentally eat a plastic spoon or just give birth to a child with a full set of adult teeth. I'd love to figure out how to shut those crazy dreams down so that I can get some good sleep once I get my belly settled on it's own pillow and the baby calms down for the night (they always seem to practice for future professional soccer careers from 10pm to midnight). I found an article with several good ideas-many I've tried with relative success, but they are easy to implement whether pregnant or with a new baby. I hope you find them helpful and get a GREAT night's sleep!!

You can wear what you want while breastfeeding and still get 360 coverage with Modest Middles Undershirts.

It takes 10 Minutes to do almost anything...get the baby dressed, give a bath, etc. Why not use that time to facilitate his/her language development! Get 10 Minutes for Talking: How to Raise a Strong Communicator in 10 Minutes a Day and find out how.
