Baby Showers

I'm on baby #6. Someone recently asked me if I was having a baby shower. I'm not having a shower, but with the last 4 babies my mom, sisters and Aunt have gone out to dinner (and dessert). It's a blast and a nice night out with no kids (except the one in my belly). Do you think you should have a baby shower after baby #1?
